Our WQ-80 series (8 models) carries the full EU CE suite - RoHS (2011/65/EU), EMC (2014/30/EU), LVD (2014/35/EU, EN 60335-2-9) - plus UKCA for the UK and ErP standby power testing. Certificate copies and test reports are available on request for covered models.
Yes. We build 220-240V / 110V variants with EU, UK, US or AU plugs to match your destination market. Several models feature universal voltage (AC220-240V) as standard. Custom certification support (e.g. SNI for Indonesia) can be arranged.

A factory. We have manufactured in Ronggui, Shunde, Foshan since November 2015: 18,000+ m² of plant, five production lines and 300+ workers, with PCBA and the heating coil plate produced in house. Ask for a live video call on the line, or come and walk it yourself before the first order.
We do not publish a list price, because the same model is quoted differently by plug type, voltage, control-panel language, packaging and order quantity. Send the model, quantity, destination market and plug type, and you get a written quote with MOQ, lead time and FOB / CFR / CIF terms on it. Sample and bulk orders are quoted separately.
Induction heats the pot itself through a magnetic field; infrared radiates heat onto the pot. The practical difference is cookware: induction needs a magnetic base, infrared works with glass, ceramic and aluminium.

No. An induction hob only heats cookware with a magnetic base — cast iron or magnetic stainless steel. Glass, ceramic, copper and most aluminium pots will not heat on it. That is why we also build infrared cookers, which heat any pot. If aluminium or glass cookware dominates in your market, the infrared line is usually the better first container.
Four steps: incoming material inspection, in-line production inspection, electrical and safety testing with an aging run, and final inspection before the carton is closed. Testing happens in our own lab. Certificate files cover the models each file lists — we send the copy for the exact model you are buying.
About 300,000 pcs per month across five production lines. That capacity is what makes a 35–40 day lead time realistic for a 1,000 pc run while OEM projects and repeat orders are scheduled in parallel.

In-stock samples ship in 2–3 days. A custom sample takes about 7 days. The sample charge per model is confirmed on your quotation, and samples start from 1 pc per model.
Usually yes. Induction and infrared cookers are built in the same plant, so one quote can cover both lines, and different models can be planned into one container. MOQ still applies per model, so the mix and quantities are written on the quote before production starts.
